Why we exist
Most property management fails quietly.
Not dramatically. Nobody steals anything. The building simply drifts. A small leak goes unreported for a season, a supplier invoice creeps up ten percent a year, a renewal notice goes out two weeks past its legal window and nobody visits between emergencies. By the time it shows up in the numbers it has been true for two years.
That drift is what this firm was built to prevent and it is why our commitments are about frequency and documentation rather than promises about care. Someone visits on a schedule. Every dollar has an invoice attached. Every notice goes out inside its window. None of that is remarkable. It is simply the work, done at the interval it is supposed to be done at.
Our team has spent years inside Montreal rental property, through the TAL, through difficult tenancies, through buildings that were losing money quietly.
