Property management

We run the building day to day: tenants, rent, repairs, suppliers and the paperwork that comes with all of it. You receive one monthly statement and you have one person to call.

We price the unit against what is actually leasing nearby, photograph it properly, run the showings and verify every applicant against credit, employment and their previous landlord before we bring you a name.
